I was really looking forward to my stay at the Sheraton Dallas, especially with its prime location near the Galleria. but unfortunately, my experience fell short. The room cleanliness was lacking, with dusty light fixtures and crumbs on the floor. The service was also inconsistent, especially when we tried to order room service but could never get an answer. yet the breakfast staff did greet me warmly and the breakfast itself was fairly enjoyable.
